Look for the product you want to purchase, select the size and the delivery frequency and then click “ADD TO CART”. Once you add to cart, either click “continue shopping” or “Proceed to Cart” Once you are in Cart, you can select the quantity of products you need, Remove products from your cart by clicking on the red X, enter a coupon code if you have one and proceed to checkout. You will be asked to login or create an account. This is for your safety so that only you can access sensitive information and login and edit your order at a later stage. Once you have gone through the registration process, you will go through to the payment page where you will enter your credit card details and payment will be processed. Once the payment had gone through, you will receive an email confirming your order and then your job is done. We will take over from here and get your order to your door within 1 to 5 working days. Please make sure you enter a valid day time address for us to deliver your products.

We deliver nationwide free of charge if the order is over R450. If the order is below R450, we charge a flat rate of R75

We strive to get your order delivered to you in the shortest possible time. It normally takes 2 to 5 working days but our normal time is 2 days. Should you not receive your order, please contact us here

If you receive the wrong order, you can either not accept it from the courier or you need to contact us within 2 business days. The order needs to be returned unopened and we will exchange it for you.
If you have placed an order and our supplier is out of stock, We will notify you within a few hours and if a suitable replacement product can not be found, then we will refund your full amount paid. We do apologies if the product you are looking for is out of stock.

Unfortunately we are unable to sell prescription foods online and you will need to consult your local vet
We suggest that you get your order delivered to a daytime address where there will be someone to receive to package. Either you house if someone is there during the day or your place of work.
Our courier will call you if he gets to your address and there is no one there. He will arrange an alternate time to meet you there. If after 3 tries, the courier can not meet you at home, he will deliver the package back to our warehouse and you will be liable for a redelivery fee.
The courier delivery times are from Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm
