Zuki Auto-Delivery is our way of saving you time and money. It is a subscription where you select your Pet’s food, Treats, medication or hygiene products to de delivered automatically on a regular basis. You have full control of the subscription and can add or remove products, adjust your order frequency, your next order date and cancel at any time. And by opting into a Zuki Auto delivery order, you will receive 5 to 15% off all your recurring orders.
Easy, go to the top of the page and search for your desired product. Start typing the name in and our system will start suggesting the products based on what you type. Click on the product you want to purchase, select the size and the delivery frequency and then click "ADD TO CART". Your cart summary will pop up from the side of your screen. In your cart summary, you can select the quantity of products you need, remove products from your cart by clicking "Remove" or making the quantity 0. If you would like to add another product to your cart, just click on "Continue shopping" and then search your next product and go through the above process again. Once you have added all your desired products, click on "Checkout" and the system will take you to a page where you will be asked for all your delivery details and personal information. Please make sure your delivery address, phone number, email address and Province is correct. Please also make sure your products size and quantity is correct in the summary on the right. If nt, click back on your browser and click cart on top right of the home page and edit products and quantity in cart. Once all details are filled in and correct, click "Continue" and this will take you to payments. Enter a valid credit card details, that you would like this and all future orders to be processed on, into the open fields. Make sure your address is correct and then click "Place My Order". Your card will be debited and you will receive and email confirming your order. Your order will now be processed and you will receive it within 2 to 5 working days. Please look out for an email asking you to activate your account. Once your account is activated, you will be able to login and edit all future orders.

We deliver nationwide free of charge if the order is over R450. If the order is below R450, we charge a flat rate of R75

It is up to you but we would recommend thinking how often you normally buy your dog or Cat’s food and then looking for the best option, anything from 2 to 12 weeks or on a monthly basis. Don’t worry, if you need to change your frequency, just follow these simple steps

  • Log into your Zuki account in the top right of our home page.
  • If you can not log in, please make sure you have activated your account and created a password. You would have received an activation email on your first order. If not, please request us to resend it by mailing hello@zuki.co.za.
  • Once logged in, Click on "Manage Subscription"
  • You will see your order summary, Frequency and next order date.
  • Click on frequency if you wish to change your order frequency. Select your new frequency, click save. PLEASE NOTE THIS WILL NOT CHANGE YOUR NEXT ORDER DATE AND YOU WILL HAVE TO DO THAT SEPARATELY.
  • Click next order date and select your next order date. This will be the date your order is processed and will be delivered 2-5 working days thereafter.
  • Your order will be processed on the next date you have set and there after process at the frequency you have just set.

We deliver nationwide, free of charge if the total order value exceeds R450. If the order is below R450, we charge a flat rate of R75 for shipping. Please note that if you place an order for two products at one time and the ZUKI Auto-delivery order frequencies are different, then all product order values have to exceed R450 to qualify for free shipping. If a future ZUKI Auto-delivery product order value is less than R450 on renewal then a flat rate of R75 will be charged for shipping.

We strive to get your order delivered to you in the shortest possible time. It normally takes 2 days but we ask you to allow 2 to 5 working days for any unforeseen delays with stock or the third party courier. Should you not receive your order within 5 days, please contact us on hello@zuki.co.za or you can track your order on www.fastway.co.za or call them on 087 057 6000.
If your order is damaged, please refer to our exchange and return policy here
If you receive the wrong product, you can either not accept it from the courier and ask them to return to sender or you need to contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@zuki.co.za. We will arrange collection but the incorrect product needs to be returned unopened for us to exchange it for you. If the product packaging has been opened, we are unable to exchange or refund the product.
If you have placed an order and our supplier is out of stock, we will notify you within a few hours and if a suitable replacement product cannot be found, then we will refund your full amount paid. We do apologise if the product you are looking for is out of stock.
One of Zuki.co.za key benefits is that we remember to get your pet products to you so you don’t have to. All our subscriptions can be adjusted, paused or cancelled at any time so you are not locked into any contracts or agreements on Standard Zuki Auto-Delivery. If you would like to change your subscription frequency, just follow these simple steps

  • Log onto your account in the top right of our web page.
  • Click on "Manage Subscription"
  • Click on the frequency and it will allow you to change it to your desired frequency.
  • Click on "Update"
  • Your Frequency is now changed and updated.
Simple. Send a mail to hello@zuki.co.za requesting your subscription to be canceled. Please include your full name, email address you registered your Zuki Auto-delivery order on and we would appreciate a reason for your cancelation. This will help us improve our user experience and customer care. Please let us know if there is anything we can assist with as we care about all our customers and hate to see you go.
Unfortunately we are unable to sell prescription foods online and you will need to consult your local vet
We suggest that you get your order delivered to a daytime address where there will be someone to receive your package. Either your house if someone is there during the day or your place of work.
Our courier will call you if he gets to your address and there is no one there. He will arrange an alternate time to meet you there. If after 3 tries, the courier can not meet you at the delivery address, he will deliver the package back to our warehouse and you will be liable for a redelivery fee of R100.
The courier delivery times are from Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm
