Bravecto Spot-On Tick And Flea Control for Dogs

Bravecto Spot-On for Dogs is a long-acting topical treatment that kills ticks for 4 months and fleas for 6 months from a single application. It is also registered for the treatment of mange and ear mites in dogs.

Who it’s for

Dogs from 8 weeks old and 2 kg body weight. Choose the pipette that matches your dog’s weight: Mini 2 to 4.5 kg, Small over 4.5 to 10 kg, Medium over 10 to 20 kg, Large over 20 to 40 kg, X-Large over 40 to 56 kg.

Active ingredients

Fluralaner 280 mg per ml. Each pipette delivers: Mini 112.5 mg (0.4 ml), Small 250 mg (0.89 ml), Medium 500 mg (1.79 ml), Large 1,000 mg (3.57 ml), X-Large 1,400 mg (5.0 ml). Reg. No. G4292 (Act 36/1947).

How to use

Open the sachet just before use and hold the pipette upright. Twist the cap one full turn until the seal breaks; the cap stays on. With your dog standing or lying with its back level, part the fur between the shoulder blades and place the tip against the skin. Squeeze gently to apply the full contents in one spot, or in several spots along the back from the shoulders to the base of the tail, without letting it run off. Use a whole pipette within each weight band; dogs over 56 kg need a combination of two pipettes. Repeat every 4 months for ticks and every 6 months for fleas, and do not re-apply at intervals shorter than 8 weeks. Do not apply to skin lesions, keep children away from the dog until the site is dry, and wait 3 days before washing your dog. Read the package insert before use and ask your vet if you’re unsure.
