Kittens start nibbling solid food at 3 to 4 weeks; after weaning it can be fed dry or moistened. Adjust amounts as your kitten grows so the ribs can be felt easily and the waist is visible from above. Switch over 7 to 10 days by mixing it with the old food, and always keep fresh water available.
