Same day in the metros

In Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town and Durban, order by 10am for same-day delivery. Delivery is R49, and free on orders of R500 or more.

Courier everywhere else

Everywhere else in South Africa, orders are processed within 2 business days and delivered by courier. In main centres such as Gqeberha, East London, Bloemfontein, Pietermaritzburg, Polokwane, Mbombela, George, Kimberley and the Winelands, delivery is R69, free from R750. Everywhere else it is R89, free from R1,000. The fee for your address is shown at checkout before you pay. Once your order is dispatched, you get a booking or tracking number. We don’t ship internationally.

Autoship orders pay the same delivery fees and ship free once they reach the free-delivery amount for your area. Track my order

Damaged or faulty?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery, with photos and a short description, on WhatsApp or at hello@zuki.co.za. We’ll arrange a replacement or a refund. All products carry the manufacturer’s warranty, where one applies.

Changed your mind?

You can return a product within 14 days of delivery if it’s unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Email hello@zuki.co.za with your order number to start a return. A flat return fee of R49, anywhere in South Africa, is deducted from your refund, and we refund you within 7 business days of receiving the item, using your original payment method. Opened food, treats, litter and medication can’t be returned unless they’re faulty.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order at no cost at any time before it’s dispatched, and we’ll refund you in full. If we have to cancel an order after you’ve paid, for example because an item is out of stock, we refund you in full within 30 days.
