How it works

1. Choose Autoship

On any product page, pick your size, select Autoship and choose how often it should arrive.

2. We send it on schedule

We email you a reminder 5 days before. Your saved card is charged when the order is processed, and it’s delivered like any order: same day in the four metros, by courier elsewhere.

3. Manage it in your account

Skip a delivery, change the date or how often it arrives, or swap products whenever you need to.

With the 35% welcome discount, Autoship runs for at least 3 paid deliveries (you can skip one). After that you can pause or cancel any time at no cost. Autoship terms

Questions

How much do I save?

Your first Autoship order is 35% off (a saving of up to R400), applied automatically at checkout with no code. Every Autoship order after that is 5% off most products, including pet food. Some low-margin products have no Autoship discount. You also get Zuki Bucks along the way: R100 after your 3rd paid Autoship delivery, R50 after your 6th and R100 after your 12th.

When is my card charged?

We email you a reminder 5 days before each Autoship order is processed, so you can make changes in time. Your saved card is charged automatically on the day the order is processed. You may see a pending amount when the order is placed; it falls away 24 to 48 hours after the order is delivered. Card details are stored securely by Payfast, not by us.

Can I skip, pause or cancel?

You can skip a delivery, change the date or how often it arrives, or swap products any time in My account, Subscriptions.

If your first Autoship order got the 35% welcome discount, your Autoship needs to run for at least 3 paid deliveries, and you can skip one of them. If you cancel, or pause for more than 2 weeks, before then, we charge back what you saved on that first order (up to R400), using any Zuki Bucks on your account first. After that you can pause or cancel any time at no cost. Autoships started before 13 October 2026 keep the earlier rule.

How much is delivery on Autoship?

The same as any order, and free once an order reaches the free-delivery amount: R500 in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town and Durban (R49 below that), R750 in the main hubs (R69 below that) and R1,000 elsewhere in South Africa (R89 below that).
