- Promotion is valid for new customers only.
- The purpose of the promotion is for you to test our services and make sure that ZUKi Pet is a good fit for you at a discounted rate. We have 1000s of happy customers with recurring orders with us and their frequencies are anything from every 1 week to every 12 weeks. Click here to see our reviews
- Orders automatically renew at chosen cycle. You have full flexibility and if the frequency is too long or too short, you can log into your account and change your next order date or order frequency at any time.
- You have the right to cancel your order at any time. But this has to be done prior to order being sent. Simply send an email to email@example.com. Please give us a reason as it helps us improve our services.
- The promotion is only valid for ZUKi Pet Autodelivery (subscription) orders and the 20% discount only applies to the first order (+-1 Month Supply) on pet foods and any subsequent orders will be at the regular ZUKi Pet Autodelivery pricing (Generally 5 - 15% cheaper than regular stores). Any 1 off order ( not on a recurring or Subscription) will be charged at the full retail price. No discount will be given on a once off order or can be claimed at a later date.
- We reserve the right to limit the number of the same product purchased by the customer to 1. No stock piling, bulk purchasing or group shopping will be permitted on this promotion. Each customer is required to make their own purchase.
- Promotion may only be used 1 time per new customer.
- Free shipping only applies if the basket value is over R500. If the basket value is less than R500, then a Flat shipping rate of R100 will apply. We ship to all major metros, but if your address falls into our couriers rural or remote zones, additional shipping charges will apply. The customer will be notified of them falling into the GREY zone and will have the option to change the shipping address to a local delivery for the order or be billed for the shipping. Shipping will be billed at R150 for every 10KG.
- The promotion is only valid in South Africa
- Recurring order pricing is set according to the suppliers pricing structure and is subject to change if the suppliers have a price increase. The customer will be notified of the changes via email prior to the pricing changes.
- The promotion is valid for a limited period and we reserve the right to stop or pause the promotion at any time. Once the promotion has been stopped or paused, the normal prices will apply and ZUKi Pet will not be obligated to honor the promotion price.
- We reserve the right to cancel any promotional order if we suspect any fraud or dishonest usage of the promotion.
- Stock is limited and if a product is out of stock, the customer has the option to wait until the product is back in stock or receive a refund.
- The 20% off promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion.
- Terms of offer are subject to change without prior warning
- Refunds take between 1 to 14 days to clear into your bank account.

Terms of Sale Sales of Products and Subscriptions to End Users Only
Zuki.co.za resells premium dog and cat food (the “Product(s), procured from credible premium pet food manufacturer and importers, from this Site to end-user customers in 2 ways. Either by purchasing a custom period subscription to receive the products or by a once off purchase, only for their own personal, non-commercial use. You may not purchase products or subscriptions for further distribution or resale or for any other commercial or business purpose. The subscription and all rights and privileges conferred are personal and non-transferable.
Definition of “the subscription”.
“The Subscription” is opted in by the client free willingly by agreeing to get their purchase delivered to their door on a regular basis. The period of purchase/ delivery is chosen by the client and is up to the client to make sure it is at an acceptable delivery Frequency. The delivery frequency can be modified by logging into the users dashboard and adjusted. IMPORTANT NOTICE TO CONSUMER:
AUTOMATIC “CUSTOM FREQUENCY” SUBSCRIPTION FEES WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED TO YOUR CARD ON FILE EACH ANNIVERSARY DAY OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. Zuki.co.za will automatically charge the selected product price to your credit card on your selected period anniversary date of your subscription as authorized by you in the subscription sign up process. You can opt out or cancel this subscription any time before the products have been sent off from the warehouse by logging onto your dashboard and removing the product from the subscription. There is no cancellation fee for this process.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The contents of this site are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a purpose and non-infringement. The owner of this site, the authors of these contents and in general anybody connected to this site in any way, from now on collectively called “Providers”, assume no responsibility for errors or omissions in these contents. Lead time is dependent on stock availability from our suppliers. Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched the same day provided payment is validated/received before 1400 hours. Should the product not be in stock please allow 10 working days plus freight transit time. This will allow for manufacturing and delivery to our warehouse. Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence Zuki.co.za will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule.
When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries please contact us before making any purchase for any service through this website.
SA door to door: Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises. We strive to get the product to you in the least amount of time but the shipping process can take between 1 and 5 working days in major metros and 3 to 5 working days to outlying and smaller towns. Undeliverable packages: Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment. Order processing: Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment.
Should you wish to cancel your purchase after you have received it, you will be liable for the return courier fee of R100. You must advise us in writing via email of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be requested by the person who made the original purchase. The goods must be returned to us undamaged in the original packaging within 14 calendar days. Any manufacturer satisfaction guarantees will be passed on to the buyer but the return shipping fee of R100 will be for the buyers account.
An email is sent out 5 days prior to processing the payment of your next order. Should you wish to skip your next order, or pause/cancel your subscription, no problem. You must advise us in writing, at least one day before the date on which the order is due to be processed. (i.e the payment is due to be collected). Once an order has been processed (i.e. payment has been collected) and you request a cancellation, any refund will incur a handling fee of R100. If the parcel has already been dispatched, it must be returned to us undamaged and unopened in the original packaging within 14 calendar days of purchase. Only once the parcel has been received back, will we process the refund, less the handling fee of R100 and the return shipping fee. It is the customers responsibility to make sure the order frequency and next order date are correct.
Damaged on delivery
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the products on delivery and make sure there is no damage to the product or any food bags have been opened. Once the customer signs for the product, it is deemed that the product was delivered in a good condition and can not be returned as a damaged on delivery order. If a product has been delivered to you and you notice that the product has been damaged by the courier, you should refuse to accept the product from the courier and immediately contact ZUKi Pet via firstname.lastname@example.org. We will take the matter up with the courier and send you a replacement product.
Price increases happen from time to time from the suppliers and ZUKi Pet reserves the rite to increase prices of the products as and when the suppliers announce a price increase. The customer will be notified of the price increase via email and has the right to pause or cancel his/ her subscription if they do not accept the increase.
Should your package get lost and you cannot track it on the couriers website, you should contact ZUKi Pet on email@example.com. If the package is recovered, it will be sent to the customers specified address and if it in not recovered, then the customer will be sent a replacement product or the customer can opt for a full refund.
Errors in pricing:
ZUKi Pet strives to make sure that all pricing and delivery fees are shown accurately, but if a products price or delivery fee is incorrectly displayed, ZUKi Pet will not be obligated to supply the product at that incorrect price. The customer will be notified of the error and if the customer does not accept to pay the correct price and cancels the order, ZUKi Pet will only refund the amount paid by the customer.
Out of stock:
From time to time products may be out of stock. If a product is ordered by a customer and it is out of stock, the customer will be notified either by telephone or by email and if the customer does not accept to wait for the product, the customer will be entitled to a refunded of the amount paid by the customer or the customer can opt to change their order to a product that is in stock. If there is a price difference, then the customer will either need to pay in the difference or will be refunded the difference. If the customer redeems a voucher and the product ordered is temporarily out of stock and the customer does not agree to wait for the product to be restocked, the customer will be reissued a voucher at the same value and terms and conditions, and is not entitled to a monetary refund. The customer can then use the voucher on other products in the store.
Should you wish to cancel your subscription you may do so by Sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting the cancellation. Subscriptions need to be cancelled at least 1 days before the order processing date. If the subscription is canceled after the order is processed, then a service charge of R100 will be levied and the balance of the order total will be refunded to you, the customer. It is the customers responsibility to make sure the order frequency and next order date is correct. Once the order has been processed and the funds have been collected, the customer will be liable for the service charge if a refund is requested.
Our services are confined to the boarders of the Republic of South Africa and unfortunately we will not be able to deliver outside those boarders.
Refunds can take up to 14 days to clear

Payment Options and Pricing
All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). ZUKi Pet endeavors to offer you competitive prices on current products; you’re total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges (on the day of shipping). ZUKi Pet reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Should ZUKi Pet reduce it’s price on any shipped products within 7 working days of shipment, you may contact us and request a refund of the difference between the price you were charged and the reduced selling price. To receive the refund you must contact us within 7 days of shipment.
We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards.
We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor any activity and content associated with the Website. We may investigate any reported violation of these Conditions or complaints and take any action that we deem appropriate (which may include, but is not limited to, issuing warnings, suspending, terminating or attaching conditions to your access and/or removing any materials from the Website).
The Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.

Changes to these Terms and Conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this Website. The User’s continued use of this Website following the posting of changes or updates will be considered notice of the User’s acceptance to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including such changes or updates.
I understand that all the designs and trademarks are registered to ZUKi Pet and hereby accept the terms and conditions. I undertake not to copy/duplicate the trademarks and designs directly or indirectly in anyway and understand the legal implications thereof. Should I be found to be in violation of this agreement I understand that I will be held liable for all legal costs incurred by ZUKi Pet for any civil action or any legal action deemed necessary against me.
1. Do you offer a return and exchange policy?
We are pleased to say that we do offer a return Policy. We are happy to accommodate returns and exchanges of products, which have satisfaction guarantees from the manufacturer. You will just be responsible for return courier charge of R100 per package returned up to 30kg. Our products are all quality checked before dispatch from the warehouse for your protection but in the event of damage on route you may refuse delivery and we will resend an intact product. Our return rates are remarkably low, as we offer high quality premium pet products.
2. When may I return my pet food?
Only in the event of the manufacturer offering a satisfaction guarantee return, if the packaging is damaged on delivery and if the food is off, will we offer a return on the products.
3. May I exchange my order?
Only in the event of the wrong product being delivered, we will exchange the order, as long as the packaging is all in tact and the bag has not been opened. You will be required to notify us within 2 working days of the incorrect product delivered.
4. Why do you not accept returns if the products were opened?
Due to the nature of handling food, if the bag has been opened, we cannot accept it.
5. How do I make a return?
First you must contact us on email@example.com within 2 days of delivery of your product. We will reply and request information on your product. We will then determine whether you qualify for a return.
6. Will I have to pay for my returned shipping costs?
Yes, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We will arrange the collection and the return shipping fee is a flat rate of R100 per package up to 30kg
7. When can I expect to receive my refund?
Once we have checked with the manufacturer and they are satisfied with the return of the product, we will refund you your original purchase price minus R100 per package to your original payment method.
8. How long do I have to return my dog food?
You will have 2 days to contact and notify us that you wish to return your delivered food.
9. Can I return my dog food without contacting you first?
No, you have to contact us regarding returns, so that we may supply you with the correct return shipping address and track your refund. Our warehouse facility will not accept returns.
10. How may I contact you?
Please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact you within 24 hours.
